A Colorful Indian Wedding in Tuscany

This Indian wedding at Castello di Montegufoni in Tuscany will leave you speechless!

Shanthi and Gerard are a lovely American couple who fell in love with the sunny Tuscan hills and the Italian warm hospitality. Having all their families around the globe was another reason to go for a destination wedding.

Their wedding celebrations combined Indian festivities with Western culture. All the morning was dedicated to the Indian ceremonies: the Coorg ceremony, the Lyengar ceremony and the Ganga pooja with the dancing and breaking of the coconut. The flower decor was all about vibrant colors, bright pink and orange. Shanthi wore an elegant saree in the tones of red. You'll swoon over her fabulous heirloom jewelery!

After the Indian lunch, the Western celebrations started. The ceremony took place in the small chapel near Montegufoni castle: it was classically adorned with delicate blush and pale pink roses. This romantic style was also reflected by Shanthi's dress, perfectly paired with Badgley Mischka pink shoes.

For the wedding video shooting we took advantage of the majestic castle and its surroundings.

The table setting was memorable: a glass structure enriched the courtyard illuminated with pink and orange light.
